As God’s earth born children we are privileged to hold open communion with our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ His Son. We see the image of God reflected in the works of nature and in His dealings with us. He has asked us to call Him by the endearing name, “Our Father,” which is a sign of our attachment to Him and a pledge of His compassionate, merciful, tender relationship to us. All of the streams of Fatherly love and tenderness that have flowed through the channel of human hearts from age to age are but a tiny rill in comparison with the immeasurable ocean of God’s inexhaustible and infinite love. We are finite, but a wonderful and amazing arrangement has been made that we may have close connection with the Infinite God.

It is reassuring that our heavenly Father has a thousand ways to provide for us of which we know nothing.
